charming stay with thoughtful touches

renovated rooms ample sun loungers beautiful environment free water

I found the newly renovated rooms good with sensor-operated features! there were many sun loungers available, so i never had trouble finding a spot. The environment felt beautiful and relaxing! i really appreciated the free water stations on each floor, a great convenience for staying hydrated.

The all-inclusive plus package wasn't entirely comprehensive. Some items required extra charges, a little unexpected.

overrated and UNDERWHELMING

poor view buffet limitations

the room was nothing special I expected a better view but instead got a parking lot sight the air conditioning barely worked it struggled to keep the room cool the buffet offered very little variety the same dishes looked day after day I expected more for the price I paid.

extra beach fee gym attention

the room was modern and spacious. it was also very clean.

i do not respect that i had to pay extra for the beach attached to the hotel. the gym required considerable attention. my eleven-year-old son was not allowed to train with his father even under supervision.

refurbished rooms excellent meal friendly staff

The refurbished rooms were EXQUISITE!!! The meals at the Seaweed restaurant were excellent. The staff were VERY friendly and always willing to help. The hotel service was first class.
